SambaLolo is taking a trip to Bamako in April. We’ll be hard at work producing a couple of shows there and re-connecting with our friends and local musicians. We’ll be back in Boston in May to kick in the heat.

On our last show at Murphy’s, the cora virtuoso and legend Toumani Diabate was visiting as well as many local musicians. Brad Barr from “The Slip” joined in on Dununya and presto! the styles are mixing and wild new things are born.
